The Technical Branches Division performs individual activities and tasks for the following cluster of branches: mathematical-physical sciences, mining and mining geology, metallurgy, engineering and other metal-working industry, electrical engineering, technical chemistry of silicates, other technical chemistry, food-processing industry, timber processing and production of musical instruments, printing, paper, film and photography processing, transport, post and telecommunication, specialized technical branches.

The Division of Economic, Framing and Other Branches performs individual activities and tasks for the following cluster of branches: soft goods and clothing industry, tanning industry, plastic and rubber industry, shoemaking trade, agriculture and woodland management, veterinary sciences, economy sciences, economy and management, trade and services, law, publishing, library science and science information, pedagogical sciences, pedagogy, art, commercial art and handwork arts and craft manufacture.

The Division of Information and Communication Technology performs individual activities and tasks for the cluster of branches in the area of development of pedagogical documentation which deals with the use of information and communication technologies in specialized subjects, tutoring and counseling concerning the use of information and communication technologies at teaching specialized subjects; furthermore, it performs research and analytical activities in education and training.
